Good UX yet terrible customer service! I've been waiting for more than 5 days for a transaction confirmation for the second time now and at the end they've just canceled the transaction!

It's a comfy and useful application for trading cryptocurrency inside Iran.But recently i have faced some problem.It seems that some governments have made regulation for auch platforms that you have to choose the name of the destination wallet's official exchange name from a list and Excoino and some other exchanges which provide services for Iranians,are not listed. I asked about this issue from Excoino customer service,but i was told that it is an unrelated problem to answer!

terrible costumer service! totally unprofessional! I've been waiting for more than 4 days to verify my identification here but no progress so far. There is also no update on the created tickets. seems you're on your own. If you can't handle a simple verification task then how am I supposed to trust you with my financial assets? deleting this app and switching to a more reliable service provider.
